RCLDS Completion Bonds

RCLDS completion bonds are available to all Victorian community service organisations (CSOs) providing residential care. The completion bond will fund residential care workers and/or supervisors who have completed the Certificate IV in Child Youth and Family Intervention (Residential and Out of Home Care) delivered by preferred training providers.
