5 Year Out of Home Care Plan – Submission

The need to improve out of home care was identified by the PVVC Inquiry and Victorian Ombudsman, leading the Victorian government to commit to the development of a five year plan for out of home care.

To inform this submission to the out of home care plan, the Centre for Excellence participated in a sector working group led by Berry Street's Fran O'Toole.
