NFP Back-office benchmarking project
Marcus Harvey (NOUS Group) and Graham Boal (MacKillop Family Services) presented on the findings from the projects first year which gathers data on cost and quality of the following back office services – human resources, payroll, finance, fleet, ICT and compliance.
Price Indexation
The Centre participated in the Community Sectors advocacy day at State Parliament on 18/4/2012 hosted by VCOSS.
Community sector representatives met with over 50 MP’s to highlight the need to provide price indexation based on the established formula – 85% of the governments wage indexation and 15% CPI.
Community Sector Workforce Knowledgebase Project
Lucy Benbow (DHS) and Lauren Matthews (VCOSS) presented on the Community Sector workforce Knowledgebase Project to the Corporate Services network on 20/4/2012.
