Community and Social Services Graduate Program

Community and Social Services Graduate Program

The Community and Social Services Graduate Program is a new whole-of-sector graduate program for social services. The program matches graduates from a range of community and social services qualifications from Diploma to Masters level to roles in the sector.

There is an excited and motivated group of graduates ready to join employers in a variety of roles across the community and social services sector.

We are looking for employers who will support new graduates to thrive in challenging and rewarding roles. The graduate program will provide employers with:

  • $8,000 in funding for each graduate employed
  • learning and development resources through the program
  • access to new graduates in regular application rounds.

Employers can:

  • employ a new qualified graduate looking to start their career in community services or
  • nominate an existing employee that meets the eligibility criteria.

Employer registrations for the first round of the Community and Social Services Graduate Program will close on Friday 12 July.
