In this workshop you will develop skills in supporting young people to problem-solve issues impacting their well-being.

We will explore how problem-solving skills are used to cope. You will have an opportunity to rehearse structured problem-solving, and to explore how you might use this in your role.

Facilitator Bio
Katherine Monson is a social worker and family therapist, who has worked in specialist mental health settings for over 15 years. Katherine is passionate about supporting workers and caregivers in Out of Home Care that support young people to develop skills to look after their well-being.
