This workshop provides practitioner’s with the knowledge and skills on how to develop a foundation for best practice across the organisation to ensure all intervention is collaborative, systemic, culturally sensitive, child centred and family focused.

This training provides information on how to embed a service system that supports and encourages the building of the necessary scaffolding through many avenues including leadership, mentoring, education, supervision, reflective practice for the practitioner in order to encourage and support best practice and continuous improvement to prevent stress, burnout or vicarious trauma.

Duration:

6 hours split into 2 x 3 hour modules over two days.
