Aim of the training:
This course will equip participants to lead teams in the workplace and to actively engage with the management of the organisation.
Skills developed in this course are beneficial to staff at a managerial level who facilitate work teams and build a positive culture within their work teams.
The content of this course is in line with the accredited unit of competency: BSBWOR502 Lead and manage team effectiveness.
Learning Outcomes
On completion of this training participant will be able to:
- Establish team performance plans by consulting with team members, developing performance plans and supporting team members
- Develop and facilitate team cohesion
