Leaving Care and Post Care Network (Forum 2)

The Centre’s Leaving Care and Post Care Practitioners Network holds four forums each year.

If you work with young people who are preparing to leave care or have left care, these forums offer you the opportunity to:

• Come together and hear about what is happening in a constantly changing sector
• Share experiences, good practice and innovation to better support young people leaving care
• Listen to presentations on a range of topics and contribute to discussion
• Network with colleagues
