Nationally Recognised Training
The Centre provides nationally recognised training to organisations and individuals working in child and family services. Our RTO has been in operation since May 1997.
Diploma of Leadership & Management
If you hold a leadership and management role in the child, youth and families sector (or are working towards one), the Centre is offering a nationally recognised qualification to help you hone your skills.
The Residential Care Beginning Practice is a Top Up skills course run by the Centre for residential care workers, as a series of four-day workshops. From 1 January 2019, all residential care workers providing direct care in a residential care home that is funded or delivered by the Department of Health and Human Services (the Department) are required to hold or be undertaking, either: Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention (Residential and out-of-home care) Or; a recognised relevant qualification, plus completion of a short Top Up Skills course.
