Resilience and Coping During Covid-19

This session will consider:

  • What does it take to thrive during complex and challenging times?
  • Learn about coping and managing yourself and others during stressful times.
  • Understand and manage yourself in new ways, cope better with all the challenges that self-isolation and social, economic and professional disruption throws at us.
  • Learn how to self-regulate, manage loss and guilt , stay calmer, develop the skills and insights that improve your personal coping skills and help you to return to the brave new world.
