The impact of COVID-19 on front line workers facing Conflict in others

This session will consider:

  • Learn how to managing complex emotions in yourself and others and achieve better interpersonal outcomes during stressful times such the COVID-19 experience.
  • Understand the techniques and self-regulation skills needed to cope with anger, flooded emotions in ourselves and others and how to better manage conflict at home or work.
