Child Safe Organisation Forum Wrap-Up

The Child Safe Organisations Forum was hosted by the Centre on Tuesday, October 31. The event was a resounding success, with a fantastic turnout! The audience heard from a diverse range of presenters, including Commissioner for Children and Young People Liana Buchanan and Justice Coate, Commissioner with the Royal Commission into Intuitional Responses to Child Sexual Abuse. Other speakers included Deputy Secretary Kylie Kilgour, Dr Muriel Bamblett (VACCA) and expert academics, Professors Daryl Higgins and Smallbone and Dr Tim Moore.  The presenters shared key insights into how organisations can become safer for children, and provided practical tools which will assist.
