The Geelong Project

The Geelong Project is an innovative youth homelessness project founded in community and cross-sector collaboration.

This ground-breaking early intervention model is underpinned by research and development that builds partnerships and pathways between schools and community agencies, while developing common tools and approaches to assist school and community sector workers.

The Geelong community will benefit directly as many young people who have issues at home and school will be gain access to greater support from an interdisciplinary team of youth, family, education and employment, disability, mental health and drug and alcohol professionals.
