Foster Care Network

In September the Centre relaunched the Foster Care Network to address a range of issues impacting our sector’s capacity to care to young people unable to live at home.

All Victorian foster care providers have been invited to participate in the regular meetings, which are co-hosted by the Centre and Foster Care Association of Victoria.

The first meeting set out to identify key priority areas with the foster care agencies, which has formed the basis for the network’s program for the months ahead.

The second network meeting built on these foundations, and formulated a number of our sector’s preferred solutions to the growing crisis within Victorian foster care.

If you would like more information about these meetings, please contact us on 03 9614 1577.
