A link to the community profiles developed by the Department of Health at a Local Government Area (LGA) level will be available on the Services Connect Partnerships webpage from Monday 14 July 2014: http://www.dhs.vic.gov.au/for-service-providers/for-funded-agencies/services-connect/services-connect-partnerships/resources-for-services-connect-partnerships
Additionally, the raw data that makes up those reports will be uploaded to the Services Connect Partnership webpage. This data is in a Microsoft Excel format and includes the DHS Area to assist providers to filter to the locations they are interested in. It includes a large set of variables that may be of interest to prospective Partnerships.
Prospective Partnerships may wish to consider and/or include additional data in their submissions if they believe it will support their proposed directions.
