2018 OPEN Symposium Keynote Announcement

 

 

 

The annual OPEN Symposium is just two weeks away and there’s only a handful of tickets left!

This year, the Symposium will be held at the Arts Centre in Melbourne on Wednesday 10 October. 

Come along to learn, network and partake in vibrant discussions about the latest in innovative and promising practice. This year’s program features keynote addresses from NYC’s Deborah Rubien on the New York Experience of Implementing Evidence-Based and Informed Practices, and from Chris Vanstone, Chief Innovative Officer at the Australian Centre for Social Innovation (TACSI) on his eighteen years of developing innovating programs and strategies in Europe and Australia.

Plus, hear presentations on:

  • The health needs of Victorian children entering out-of-home care
  • The journey from conception to school and how families navigate through early childhood services in a rural Victorian city
  • Newborn behavioural observations in the first weeks of life in the MDAS Service
