This unit will equip participants the skills and knowledge required to implement systems and process that support the personal and professional development of self and others.
The unit applies to individuals working in a range of managerial positions who are accountable for the development and performance of others.
Learning Outcomes
On completion of this training participant will be able to:
- Manage work goal development
- Facilitate achievement of work priorities
- Develop and maintain professional competence
This is a fee for service accredited training course . This unit of competency forms a part of the Diploma of Leadership and Management . Delivery will be carried out via Zoom.
