Case Noting in Human Services

Friday March 12, 2021, 1:30 pm - 3:30 pm

Funded – $130.00

Research has shown that good record-keeping practices play a vital part in achieving and maximising positive client outcomes. Case notes are therefore an integral and important part of practice for practitioners in the Human Services Sector.

This three-hour training is based on best practice evidence-based strategies for writing and recording client interactions across a broad range of contexts. This training is interactive and fast-paced and you will be given the opportunity to develop multiple case note examples of your own.
