Leadership and management of effective workplace relationships

Aim of the training:

This course will equip participants to lead and manage effective workplace relationships.  The content of this course is in line with the accredited unit of competency: BSBLDR502 Lead and manage effective workplace relationships.

Skills developed in this course are beneficial to staff in leadership or management positions who have a prominent role in establishing and managing processes and procedures to support workplace relationships, taking into account the organisation’s values, goals and cultural diversity.

Learning Outcomes

On completion of this training participant will be able to:

·   Manage ideas and information by  developing and/or implementing consultation processes and facilitate feedback

·   Establish systems to develop trust and confidence in their organisation

·   Manage the development and maintenance of networks and relationships

·    Manage difficulties to achieve positive outcomes
