Course Overview

This course describes the skills and knowledge required to undertake financial management in an organisation or work area. It includes planning and implementing financial management approaches and supporting and evaluating effectiveness of financial management processes.

The course applies to managers in a wide range of organisations and sectors who have responsibility for the effective use of financial resources within work teams. They are responsible for ensuring that financial resources are managed in line with the financial objectives of the team and organisation

Learning Outcomes

At the end of this course you will gain an understanding of how to:

1. 1.  Plan financial management approaches
   2.  Implement and monitor financial management plans
   3. Review and evaluate financial management plans         

This is a non accredited course which does not have any assesment requirements. On sucessful completion of this course you will recieve a Statement of Attendance.

If you wish to enrol in this course as a accredited unit of completecy to be completed along with assesments and recieve a Statement of Attainment on completion, please do not register for the course here. Please contact rto@cfecfw.asn.au to go through the accredited trainnig enrolment process.
