Funded Agency Channel and Service Agreement Module

On 20/4/2012, Candy Green, Manager Online Information Systems, DHS presented to the Corporate Services Network outlining the latest enhancements to the FAC/SAM system – presentation attached.
 
The Centre and its members have been working closely with Candy and her staff since late last year when it became clear that functionality, efficiency and data reliability were being compromised by aspects of the 2011 release of FAC/SAM.
 
The enhancements which Candy outlined were welcomed by attendants with continued consultation between the Centres members and DHS Online Information Systems supported.
