Online Learning

Our online courses are free, and participants can work through each course at their own pace, whenever it suits. Content is regularly updated so the courses stay relevant in a changing external environment.

As an online learner with the Centre, you will see some changes to the design, layout and display of your learner portal.

This update will be taking place on Thursday the 23rd of April. The Learner Portal will be unavailable from 2pm until 5pm to allow for this update.

Key user interface improvements include:

  • My Dashboard Upgrade: The dashboard will now give you easy access to view your current courses, completed courses and our catalogue of available courses, directly from the ‘my dashboard’ menu.
  • Gradebook: The Grades menu item will quickly display grades for all courses you are enrolled in.
  • Messaging: When enrolled in a course with a dedicated trainer, you will now be able to locate the trainer and any support staff assigned to the course via the Message centre located on your profile menu.

Please take a moment to view our Getting Started Orientation videoclip for the new Moodle Learnbook User Interface.
