Safe and Secure Guide

In June 2014, Minister Wooldridge launched the Safe and Secure Guide a collaboration between the Eastern Metropolitan Regional Family Violence Partnership and the Australian Childhood Foundation.

Safe and Secure is a trauma informed practice guide for understanding and responding to children and young people affected by family violence.

The guide seeks to educate professionals in the family violence, family services, health and welfare sectors who work with children exposed to family violence.

The guide can be downloaded from the Australian Childhood Foundation website.
