NFP Back-office benchmarking project

Marcus Harvey (NOUS Group) and Graham Boal (MacKillop Family Services) presented on the findings from the projects first year which gathers data on cost and quality of the following back office services – human resources, payroll, finance, fleet, ICT and compliance.

The Centre is now endeavouring to acquire funding to hold “Know How” sessions around the state so that this information can be shared, understood, compared and strategies discussed among members to implement required change.

The presentation is attached and the project website can be found here http://www.nfpbenchmarking.com.au/
