Take part in Residential Care Census Week

The week of 20–24 February is Residential Care Census Week, and we need your help!

The Centre is asking all community service organisations offering residential care in Victoria to contribute to our annual snapshot of the residential care workforce by completing our confidential online survey.

The survey will help us to strengthen residential care in Victoria by building a clearer picture of workforce demographics, qualifications, unit structure and staffing, as well as issues such as the use of relief staff, staff retention and turnover.

We’re asking human resource managers or senior managers with a knowledge of staff delivering direct residential care services to complete the survey for each region in which their organisation delivers residential care.
