This workshop is an introduction to supervision & leadership it aims to provide practitioners with the concepts of supervision and how to ensure supervision is both meaningful and enhances best practice by ensuring organisational standards and practices are adhered to. Including the concepts of leadership and how to foster this across the organisation.

  • This workshop is delivered over 2 days and participants are required to attend both sessions.

Facilitator Bio
Kerry has worked in the community services sector for over thirty years both for the Department of Human Services in the area of Child Protection, Juvenile Justice and Out of home care, in front line work and management and in the non-government organisations as Program Manager for Case Management, LAC Looking after children Coordinator and as a Coordinator in Education and Training programs.
